From the moment we stepped into the reception, we were welcomed warmly and Ramadan, who was manning the reception when we arrived was kind enough to check us in, because our flight arrived early. Then Omar, who was so friendly, that you would think we were members of his family. The kitchen staff were exceptional. Mohammed, who cleaned our floor, deserves a medal. There are other staff members whose names, I don't recall but they were all wonderful. To top It up, the hotel is close to the Gold Souk.It was really a home away from home. We're looking forward to going back next year.

Travelled from the UK and stayed at Riveria for 10 nights. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and cleaned everyday. Reception lady and Mr Waleed were always welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice both Ahmed's in restaurant provided exceptional service. I express my sincere thanks to all staff who were outstanding thank you for your kind hospitality. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Nice clean large rooms. Good food at hotel and streets around. Hop on hop off bus stop opposite hotel. Short walk to Banyanis Square metro stop.

I had a fantastic stay at the Riviera Hotel in Dubai! The hospitality was impeccable, starting with the thoughtful gesture of a fruit plate waiting in our room upon arrival. A special thank you to Wael, Nazir, Shajin, and Mohamed at the lobby for their exceptional assistance—they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I also want to appreciate the reception staff who warmly welcomed us during check-in; though I don’t remember their names, their professionalism and friendliness were memorable. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail!

I recently stayed at Riveria Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was fantastic—close to major attractions and easy to reach by public transport. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a beautiful view of the city. The staff was friendly and quick to assist with any requests, making the stay even more enjoyable. I also tried the on-site restaurant, and the food was delicious, though a bit pricey.The hotel offered great value for money, and I’d definitely consider staying here again.” The manager Mr.Wael Mostafa is a very friendly man and whatever I needed he made sure that I get it This was my 7-8th time visiting Riveria and never they gave me a chance for a complaint

Breakfast was amazing, great selection. Located Riverside and a short boat trip to the markets. A lot to explore locally also.

View from the room, staff, breakfast, room had two separate rooms so we could turn on ac in one meanwhile remaining in the other.
